We are seeking an experienced Sales & Retention Trainer to design deliver and manage training programs for new and existing agents within the Dubai office. You will be responsible for elevating the performance of Conversion and Retention teams ensuring they follow best practices understand regulatory expectations and consistently meet targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Forex industry sales psychology retention strategies and call centre performance metrics.
Develop implement and deliver structured training programs for Conversion and Retention teams.
Conduct onboarding training for new agents covering product knowledge scripts compliance sales techniques and CRM usage.
Run ongoing refresh sessions coaching workshops and performance-improvement programs.
Monitor team performance listen to calls and identify gaps or skill shortages.
Work closely with team leaders and management to align training content with KPIs and company goals.
Create personalised coaching sessions for under-performing agents.
Update training materials regularly to ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
Track results and report on training effectiveness.
Support the development of advanced retention strategies for high-value clients.
Maintain a positive motivating and professional learning environment.
Requirements
Must have previous experience as a Sales Trainer Retention Trainer Team Leader QA or similar role within a regulated Forex company.
Strong understanding of Conversion & Retention cycles sales funnels client objections and client lifecycle.
Experience training agents in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication coaching and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse performance data and create targeted training solutions.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory expectations in the FX industry.
Ability to motivate inspire and drive results.
Must be based in Dubai.
