Skills Required: Proficient in operating radio and satellite communication systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Education

Qualifications: Valid GMDSS Certificate. STCW-compliant certificates (Basic Safety Training, etc.). Valid CDC, Passport, and Medical Fitness Certificate. Offshore experience preferred. Knowledge of international maritime communication regulations.
