Job Title: Procurement Engineer (Landscape Civil Engineering)

Experience Required: 35 years (UAE landscape projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify evaluate and engage vendors and suppliers for landscape-related materials and services.
Prepare and review BOQs RFQs and technical specifications in line with landscape engineering requirements.
Liaise with design and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with site execution schedules.
Conduct commercial and technical evaluations of supplier proposals.
Negotiate contracts terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated procurement logs.
Ensure procurement activities comply with UAE regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with logistics and finance for material delivery and invoice processing.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
35 years of procurement experience within UAE-based landscape construction projects.
Strong knowledge of landscape materials vendors and market rates.
Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with FIDIC and local procurement standards is a plus.

Commercially savvy with strong vendor networking skills.
Ability to multitask across diverse project scopes and deadlines.
