Job Summary


Job role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to manage both administrative tasks and financial operations within our landscape company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations maintain financial records handle billing and payroll and support the project and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports budgets and forecasts.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Issue invoices and follow up on receivables.
  • Track project expenses and support cost control measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases materials and service contracts.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office administration supplies and documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and paper) for company records and contracts.
  • Prepare letters reports and meeting minutes as needed.
  • Support HR tasks such as leave tracking onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers for scheduling and documentation.
  • Support the project team in tracking deliverables permits and documentation.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Tally Zoho Books).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills.
