Job Summary
We are currently looking for Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role:
Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement
Proficient in drawing Story boards/create wireframes write Epics and User Stories
Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development
Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems
Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule
Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action
Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions/workaround to solve business problems
Previous experience required (if any)
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent year of professional experience
5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.
Strong Banking Domain Knowledge
Proven experience in gathering requirements using Agile Methodology
Strong understanding and experience with software and product development especially in digital solutions.
Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies Preferable
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
