Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and engineer comprehensive ELV security solutions including access control CCTV and intrusion detection systems ensuring optimal performance and integration.
- Develop detailed technical drawings schematics and specifications for security system installations adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate security needs identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present technical proposals cost estimates and system designs to clients demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of security systems providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies industry trends and regulations to provide innovative and compliant solutions.
- Perform system testing validation and documentation to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of security installations.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and technicians fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a strong foundation is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the ELV security systems industry showcasing practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for commercial or large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software enabling the creation of detailed and accurate schematics.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols relevant to security systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
