Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our project management organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning execution and delivery of complex projects across various industries.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project control systems including cost estimates budgets and schedules
- Monitor project progress analyze variances and provide timely reports to stakeholders
- Implement and oversee cost control measures to optimize project performance and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Conduct regular project reviews and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain project documentation including change orders and contract modifications
- Provide expert guidance on project control methodologies and best practices to team members
- Analyze project data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and lessons learned
- Assist in the development of project proposals and bid packages
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project controls with a focus on cost and schedule management
- Proven expertise in cost engineering cost estimating control and analysis
- Strong background in planning and scheduling schedule development control and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Experience working on international projects preferably in the Middle East region
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Professional certification in project management or related field (e.g. PMP CCP) is a plus
