We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the landscape industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation budgeting tendering and project valuation for softscape and hardscape works.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs BOQs and cost estimates for landscape projects.
Review and interpret drawings specifications and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and variations.
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the budget.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure accurate material and quantity planning.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for invoicing.
Provide support during tendering and procurement stages.
Skills & Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 35 years of QS experience in landscape construction projects.
Strong knowledge of softscape hardscape and irrigation system works.
Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and quantity take-off software (e.g. Planswift CostX).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
