We are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Specialist to support the development improvement and quality assurance of customer journeys across digital channels including the website and mobile this role you will work closely with CX designers and IT teams to make sure digital services are smooth user-friendly and compliant with UAE digital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate CX journey designs into clear technical requirements for digital platforms.
Support the development and launch of new digital features.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital journeys function correctly.
Monitor and improve the performance and stability of digital channels.
Ensure all digital services follow CX design systems and UAE regulatory guidelines (TDRA IDCXS).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Digital Marketing or similar.
2-7 years of experience (depends on educational attainment)
Experience in digital product ownership digital channel management or CX digital implementation.
Strong understanding of web/mobile technologies and digital standards.
