Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team for our award winning French Brasserie & Bar - Couqley Downtown Dubai.
As a key member of our kitchen staff you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen maintaining efficiency and quality standards
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
- Ensure proper food storage handling and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant
- Strong knowledge of various French cooking methods ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
