Job Title: Back Office Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the FX Industry and possess strong skills in Excel and office applications. This role involves managing transaction tracking approving requests and providing Know Your Customer (KYC) support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Reporting:
- Generate and maintain detailed reports using Excel analyzing transaction data for trends and discrepancies.
- Create and monitor dashboards to provide insights into transaction processing and support functions.
- KYC Support:
- Support KYC processes by reviewing customer documentation and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize Office and Adobe applications for report preparation documentation and communication.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in back office support in the forex industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe applications for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
