Job Summary
A growing organization within the construction and civil engineering industry is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil works on-site including structural finishing and external works.
Coordinate tasks with foremen subcontractors and engineers.
Monitor progress manpower allocation and material requirements.
Ensure quality safety and compliance with project specifications.
Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
Requirements
48 years of civil site supervision experience in the UAE.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and site execution.
Ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
