Job Summary
Our client is a reputable contracting firm based in Sharjah seeking a Project Manager Site with proven experience in G10 commercial building projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Sharjah and demonstrate a solid track record in managing construction sites from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for G10 commercial projects

Manage and coordinate project timelines subcontractors and site staff

Ensure adherence to project specifications budgets and schedules

Liaise with consultants clients and regulatory authorities in Sharjah

Monitor site safety compliance and quality control procedures
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction including G10 commercial projects

Minimum 2 years experience working in Sharjah

Strong knowledge of local regulations Sharjah Municipality procedures and safety standards

Proven leadership and site management skills

Excellent communication and reporting abilities
