Job Summary (List Format):

- Administer configure and optimize IBM AIX environments and PowerVM virtualization on IBM Power Systems.
- Manage IBM SAN storage solutions specifically V7000/V9000 systems and Brocade SAN switches.
- Implement and maintain enterprise backup and recovery solutions using IBM TSM/Spectrum Protect.
- Integrate AIX/PowerVM systems with VMware Oracle and Microsoft technologies for seamless interoperability.
- Perform system upgrades patching performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to ensure high system availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning testing and execution.
- Ensure operations and documentation comply with ITIL best practices and ISO/ISMS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and infrastructure enhancements.
- Utilize IBM certifications (AIX Administration and/or PowerVM virtualization) and hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments.
- Apply strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills in daily operations.
- (Preferred) Leverage knowledge of PowerVC Red Hat Linux on Power Ansible automation or cloud-connected IBM Power environments.
