The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and service areas in a clean orderly and attractive condition. The role ensures guest satisfaction by providing high standards of cleanliness comfort and service in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean assigned guest rooms corridors and service areas daily.
Make beds replace linens and replenish guest room supplies.
Dust vacuum and sanitize bathrooms furniture and fixtures.
Replace amenities such as towels toiletries and minibar items as per hotel standards.
Check and report any maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor.
Ensure lost and found items are reported immediately.
Follow all safety security and hygiene procedures.
Maintain guest privacy and handle their belongings with care.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Participate in periodic deep-cleaning schedules as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Completed a Diploma or Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management
Candidates must hold a valid passport
1 years housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel (preferably 4 or 5) is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals supplies and housekeeping procedures.
Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
