Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in PVC/UPVC pipe manufacturing

Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Ajman UAE
Industry: PVC / UPVC Pipe Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature pressure and material feed.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.
- Train guide and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.

Implement and monitor safety hygiene and quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in PVC/UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers.
- Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred.
- Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.
