Job Title - C QT Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented C QT Developer to design build and maintain high-quality software applications and user interfaces using the QT framework. The successful candidate will work closely with product UI/UX design backend and QA teams to deliver robust scalable and efficient solutions across desktop embedded or cross-platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test and maintain software applications using C and the QT framework (Qt Widgets QML/Qt Quick) across platforms (Windows Linux macOS or embedded)

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend/backend engineers to translate user requirements and interface designs into working code.

Write clean efficient maintainable code using good design patterns modular architecture and following software engineering best practices.

Optimize application performance memory usage and responsiveness; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

Participate in code reviews peer-reviews debugging sessions unit/integration testing and documentation of design/specifications.

Support the build release and deployment processes: version control (Git or similar) build systems (CMake/qmake) CI/CD integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects interface issues system integration problems and performance regressions.

Stay up-to-date with QT framework enhancements C standards (e.g. C11/14/17) and industry best practices for UI/UX cross-platform or embedded applications.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in C software development; experience with QT (QT5/QT6) is required.

Strong proficiency in C (modern standards: C11/14/17) and object-oriented programming data structures and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with QT framework (Widgets QML/Qt Quick QtCore QtGui QtNetwork) and building GUI applications.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) build instruments (CMake qmake) and development workflows.

Comfortable working in Linux and/or Windows environments; understanding of cross-platform development is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
