The company is dedicated to providing secure professional trading solutions offering a wide range of services across currencies stocks commodities and more. They focus on helping clients trade confidently by combining industry-leading expertise transparency security and integrity. The company offers a collaborative innovative and multicultural environment designed to help both clients and employees achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
The main task is to search for new partners (Introducing Brokers - IBs) on a daily basis.
Working with potential partners including existing IBs or new candidates such as influencers (e.g. Telegram channel owners YouTube content creators or professional traders who share signals and analytics).
Attracting influencers from outside the financial field to promote the company and create advertising campaigns.
Responsible for attracting new IBs and establishing partnerships with them.
Requirements:
Experience in IB management or business development.
Own database of IBs with experience in bringing them on board from day one.
Experience working with partners creating strategies to attract new IBs using various compensation models such as fixed salary commissions or payment for ads (for example if an IB brings in a famous YouTuber).
Understanding of financial markets and experience with traders.
Compensation:
A fixed salary plus commissions.
The salary level depends on the candidates experience and performance.
The role offers flexibility with compensation including commissions and bonuses for attracting new IBs.
