What impact you will have

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving technical engagements with customers on pre-sales and technical tender management activities acting as a bridge between Submers internal departments and the customer. This role will work closely with the Sales team to engage customers with the mission of integrating and recommending Submers IT solutions including servers networking and communication systems within data center environments.

What youll do

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT infrastructure and integration for technically complex projects and tenders.
• Work closely with the Middle East Sales Team building a trusted technical relationship with customers.
• Actively engage with the Sales teams to support them in their deals and proposals.
• Follow a standard procedure to validate and qualify opportunities from a technical IT perspective.
• Drive the technical relationship with customers ensuring alignment between their IT requirements and Submers technology roadmap.
• Create and develop technical IT proposals detailing server networking and communication system integrations.
• Review validate and provide preliminary IT architecture designs ensuring proper integration between Submers solutions and the customers IT ecosystem during the sales process.

What youll need

• 10 years of proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role related to data center IT infrastructure servers networking or HPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems including compute storage networking and virtualization technologies as well as their interaction with data center environments.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Telecommunications or a related engineering field.
• Experience creating commercial and technical proposals for IT solutions in large-scale or high-performance environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
• Excellent communication organizational presentation problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work across varied time zones and collaborate with international teams.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure connectivity and integration between IT and MEP systems is a must.
• Previous project management experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling technologies and their impact on IT systems is advantageous.

Our job titles may span more than one job level. The actual base pay is dependent on a number of factors such as transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands.
