Job Summary
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EPC Solar Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar EPC project sales client relationship management and business development within the UAE market.
Location - Dubai UAE (We are accepting candidates who has UAE experience only)
Salary RangeAED
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and close sales opportunities for solar EPC projects across residential commercial and industrial sectors.
- Generate new leads and build strong client relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits prepare technical proposals and coordinate with the engineering team for system design and quotations.
- Present and negotiate project proposals with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and solar technology advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
- 24 years of proven UAE experience in solar EPC sales.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems project lifecycle and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
