Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in multistorey building construction within the contracting industry and possess strong leadership analytical and cost management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost estimation budgeting and financial planning for large-scale projects
- Lead contract administration claims management and dispute resolution
- Conduct detailed BOQ preparation cost analysis and risk assessments
- Ensure effective cost control procurement strategy and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in multistorey building construction (contracting industry)
- Expertise in cost planning tendering and contract law
- Strong command of FIDIC contracts and contractual claims management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel CostX and other QS software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
