Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with expertise in multistorey building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing detailed technical drawings layouts and plans for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for multistorey buildings.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate construction plans.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes regulations and project specifications.
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and site teams.
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawing records.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Drafting.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in multistorey building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing materials and structural elements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
