Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage phone calls and inquiries providing accurate information and directing calls as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar efficiently
- Assist with patient check-ins including form completion and updating electronic records
- Ensure that the reception area and waiting room are clean and organized
- Handle billing inquiries payments and insurance verifications
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure streamlined patient service
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Requirements - Proven experience as a Receptionist preferably in a healthcare setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing calendars
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
