Onsite Project Moderator (Gulf Arabic Speaker) - Dubai, UAE

Work Location: Onsite in Dubai UAE

Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Expected Work Schedule: 40 hours/week 5 days/week with three 8-hour training days.

Estimated Start: Mid July 2025

Project Duration: 4-5 or 8-9 weeks depending on the task assigned

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Arabic to join our team for a new data collection project starting in July 2025 in Dubai UAE. As our Onsite Moderator you will be working out of our office in Dubai assisting and guiding participants for a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.

Role Summary

The Onsite Project Moderators primary responsibilities include moderating user sessions and providing updates to other members of the production team as well as very basic troubleshooting of data collection technology. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who are diligent detail-oriented and can work independently.

Work Responsibilities

• Understand project provided documentation to assist participants

• Interact with participant and lead them through data collection projects

• Acknowledge and resolve participants issues escalate unsolved issues

• Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal

• Use Client tools to label/tag data

• Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team

• Communicate and coordinate with the project team

• Interact with various hardware & software

• Available to work onsite in Dubai UAE

• Idiomatic fluency in Arabic

• Advanced English language skills

• Available for the duration of the project

• Strong technical skills especially with iOS and MacOS

• Excellent oral communication skills (Ability to lead a conversation with ease on different casual topics)

• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving

• Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios

Preferred Work Requirements

• Experience in moderation facilitation or similar roles
