Azizi Developments one of the leading real estate and construction companies in the UAE is currently seeking a Payment Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a finance professional with strong experience in cost control payment processing accounting and budgeting in a construction or real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify payments in line with internal policies and timelines.
- Analyze cost breakdowns and ensure accurate allocation to budget lines.
- Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to validate invoices and contracts.
- Track and report payment status and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare reconciliations financial reports and assist in budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support in month-end and year-end closing activities related to vendor payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters is a plus).
- 46 years of relevant experience preferably in construction or real estate.
- Proficiency in cost analysis financial budgeting and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
