Job Summary
- Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with Specifications Drawings and other quality documents.
- Direct and Supervise day to day activities of his subordinates & subcontractors reporting to him and ensure compliance to operational procedures & work activities as per Project specific approved method of statements.
- Prepare and carry out site inductions safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Assessing managing safety hazards and raising safety concerns at the appropriate level ensuring project safety requirements and complying with company HSE policies and relevant Governmental and other legal requirements.
- Ensure that the quality control procedures as per our company s ISO 9001 Management systems are maintained.
- Liaise with the consultants and quality inspectors to carry out regularise inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards processes and procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed as per the project schedule and construction programs.
- Ensure that appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place and comply with relevant legal requirements.
- Check the materials at site to ensure that they comply with the correct specifications and quality standards.
- Schedule Control & Monitor all plant and equipment and the materials on a regular basis to achieve successful project completion.
- Attend site progress and safety meetings as and when required.
- Perform other appropriate duties and activities as assigned by the Project Engineer.
- Continuously develop knowledge of innovative fire fighting installation techniques and products to enhance the business and fulfill our company HCM requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical (3 Years) or equivalent ITI (2 Years Course) in Electrical Engineering
- More than 2 years experience in Installations & Supervision.
- English language proficiency
