Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Repair Team Leader to join our electronics team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry and a strong background in ASIC repair. As a team leader you will be responsible for overseeing the repair process leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technicians in the repair of ASIC components
Develop and implement repair processes and procedures
Ensure that all repairs are completed within specified timeframes
Conduct quality control checks on repaired ASIC components
Collaborate with other departments to address any technical issues or challenges
Provide training and guidance to team members
Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry
Strong background in ASIC repair
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
