Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Interior Fitout
Location: dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates BOQs and tender documents for interior fitout projects.
Evaluate project drawings specifications and scope of work to determine cost implications.
Source negotiate and finalize prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage project budgets track costs and prepare regular financial reports.
Monitor project variations/changes and prepare claims accordingly.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
Assist in contract administration procurement and cost control procedures.
Liaise with project managers engineers and site teams to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fitout industry (UAE)
Strong knowledge of fitout materials finishes and construction methods.
Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and cost estimation software.
Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
