Were bridging two worlds moving towards more sustainable energy sources while helping to provide the energy chemicals and resources needed now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Support the planning execution and monitoring of governance and maintaning compliance structure based on entity set up and ensure officeholder comply with standards.
    • Maintain project documentation timelines and deliverables.
    • Track progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Schedule meetings prepare agendas and take minutes.
    • Manage document control and versioning for legal and governance materials.
    • Assist in preparing reports presentations and correspondence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment.
    • Coordinate responses to regulatory and compliance queries.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Support the implementation of governance frameworks and policies.
    • Assist in monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to governance and legal matters.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
