Job Summary
Were looking for a Product Unit Lead to take full ownership of the Exchange direction within EMCD a core product in our ecosystem that includes spot derivatives and margin trading. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep CEX experience a strong product mindset and a track record of leading product teams in crypto.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision strategy and success metrics for your product unit
- Build Discovery and Delivery processes almost from the ground up
- Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams
- Launch and grow products in new and complex markets
- Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C-levels
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable product wor
- Guide your team in balancing delivery iteration and innovation
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in CEX / crypto trading products
- Proven experience leading product teams or units (not just individual contributor)
- Confident in product analytics growth metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to operate under uncertainty and build structure from scratch
