Reservation Handling:
Process individual and group reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently.
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone email online platforms and travel agents.
Modify cancel or update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) as requested.
Ensure all bookings are recorded with correct guest details payment methods rate codes and special requests.
Guest Relations & Communication:
Provide prompt professional and friendly customer service to all guests and partners.
Recommend suitable rooms packages and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Maintain a strong understanding of each propertys features services and room types to ensure accurate guest guidance.
Handle special requests such as VIP arrangements group bookings and room block management.
