NDT Level II in RT UT MT and PT (Mandatory)

Job Summary:
The Static Inspector will be responsible for the inspection evaluation and verification of static equipment integrity and fabrication processes to ensure compliance with project specifications industry codes and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in inspection activities within the oil & gas sector specifically in static equipment such as pressure vessels heat exchangers columns storage tanks and piping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection and testing of all static equipment and related components during fabrication installation and maintenance phases.
Review engineering drawings material certificates and fabrication procedures to ensure compliance with codes such as ASME API and client standards.
Conduct visual dimensional and NDT inspections (RT UT MT PT) of welds and materials.
Monitor welding processes PWHT activities hydrotesting and coating/painting works.
Verify equipment alignment fit-up and assembly according to project specifications.
Prepare inspection reports NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and maintain proper documentation for QA/QC records.
Coordinate with construction fabrication and QA/QC teams to ensure all inspection requirements are met.
Participate in punch list verification and final handover inspections.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain compliance with ADNOC and international codes.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong knowledge of ASME API ASTM and ISO standards.
Proficiency in interpreting WPS PQR and ITP documents.
Excellent understanding of fabrication welding and NDT techniques.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Ability to identify analyze and resolve quality-related issues.
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
