Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Planner with 1015 years of professional expertise to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in urban planning grading design infrastructure coordination and client-facing leadership. This role requires a balance of technical design skills presentation excellence and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality master planning projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation development and delivery of large-scale master plans across various sectors.
Coordinate grading infrastructure and utilities with multidisciplinary design teams.
Manage and facilitate client meetings presentations and design workshops ensuring project objectives are met.
Liaise effectively with authorities consultants and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with regulatory requirements.
Provide design-oriented solutions ensuring creativity and functionality in master plan layouts.
Guide and mentor junior planners and support staff on technical and design tasks.
Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with international and local planning standards.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
1015 years of professional experience in master planning preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; additional knowledge of planning/design software is an advantage.
Proven experience in grading design and infrastructure coordination.
Excellent presentation communication and client-facing skills.
Strong understanding of local planning authority requirements and approval processes.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning Architecture or related discipline.
