The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO acts as a strategic force multiplier managing time priorities and communication; ensuring execution on key decisions; and maintaining organizational cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Time & Prioritization: Manage the CEOs calendar travel and daily agenda; ensure meeting readiness decision briefs and follow-up completion.
- Operating Cadence: Drive WBR/MBR/QBR reviews track strategic initiatives and escalate risks proactively.
- Communications: Draft high-impact communications prepare board/investor materials and manage stakeholder relations with discretion.
- Information Management: Maintain centralized secure document systems and ensure knowledge management standards.
- Travel & Events: Plan complex travel organize leadership offsites and handle high-level logistics.
- Automation & Tools: Leverage Microsoft 365 Power Automate and AI tools for workflow research and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.

- Communication: Excellent English; high EQ and sound judgment.
Preferred: CAP/PMP certification investor relations or board experience.
