As a Sales & Marketing Executive youll be the heartbeat of our regional presence connecting our brand to customers partners and communities. Youll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies building relationships and driving business growth both creative storytelling and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across HORECA and retail sectors by identifying new business opportunities and achieving regional targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients distributors and partners.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and brand activations tailored to local audiences.
- Represent the brand at events trade shows and community engagements.
- Create engaging digital and social media content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Research market trends and consumer insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the rollout of regional marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct staff training sessions at partner locations.
- Uphold the brands commitment to quality craftsmanship and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within FMCG/ Beverages hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets and adapt to local customs
- Fluent in English language is an added advantage
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Passion for premium products brand experience and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
