Job Summary

Attend Inspections Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.
Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation.
Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly).
Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.
Record Keeping (PPM Reports Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates).
Minimize operation related comments by Third Party.
Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections.

Qualifications :

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
Need a valid UAE driving license
Must have a mionimum of 8 years of similar experience
