Job Summary

Night Shift Supervisor - Oil and Gas

Salary : 5954 AED

Rotation : 60/30

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all activities on the night shift including production maintenance and safety

- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulations

- Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources

- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed

- Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance to the night shift team

- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of production maintenance and safety activities

- Communicate and collaborate with other shifts to ensure continuity and consistency in operations

- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on night shift operations and performance

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations equipment and safety protocols

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- Higher secondary diploma or equivalent with a degree or certification in a related field preferred
