Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Project Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects reporting directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and be eager to expand their skills into project management and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Develop and review engineering designs using CAD software
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Analyze design requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Prepare technical drawings specifications and reports
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Implement design modifications and improvements as needed
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in project planning and execution meetings
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Construction Engineering Architecture MEP or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design construction technical office or project coordination
- Strong understanding of design processes and interest in project management activities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6 MS Project Aconex SharePoint) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Innovative approach to engineering challenges
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting project objectives
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
