- Strategic mindset: Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business growth.

- Analytical prowess: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Emotional intelligence: Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

- Tech-savvy: Experience in HRIS/HRMS implementation and digital transformation.
