Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Responsible for staff accommodation operations including ensuring the housing is in safe and clean and dormitory policies are followed by employees.
  • Checks in the staff with the Accommodation Check In / Check Out Form and issues the linen and key to the staff.
  • Upon staff check-out from the housing completes clearance as per the Check In / Check out Form and reports to Human Resources office for any further follow up.
  • Inspects the cleanliness status of the Housing and corrects issues as needed.
  • Schedules regular cleanlinessinspection.
  • Liaises with contractor for pest control on regular basis.
  • Implements the Housing Rules and Regulations.
  • Maintains knowledge ofthe housing contract terms andreports/ follows up for any deviations to the contract.
  • Maintains records of housing issues (e.g. maintenance requests special staff requests and check in and out details).
  • Updates rooming list on weekly basis.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

Previous experience of at least supervisory level is mandatory.
