Job Summary
- Welcomes the Executive Floor guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menu helps with recommendations receives orders places orders and handles payments.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Coordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping team regarding any guest requests.
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
