Job Summary

Position: Accountant cum Administrator

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Working Days : 5 days a week

Salary Range: AED

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Manage petty cash expense tracking and basic payroll support.

Assist with documentation filing and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for administrative and financial matters.

Support management in preparing financial statements and other reports as needed.

Ensure smooth office operations by handling correspondence scheduling and office supplies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word) and accounting software.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Presentable fast learner and proactive in coordination.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
