Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through internal databases job portals and recruitment partners.

Conduct pre-screening interviews via call or video to assess technical knowledge communication and attitude.

Evaluate experience trade test results and verify documents.

Coordinate with recruitment partners/agencies in India Nepal Pakistan and other regions.

Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
-
Maintain candidate tracking sheets and update daily recruitment status.
-
Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
-
Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet client expectations in terms of skill experience and communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical or blue-collar recruitment (preferably in Facilities Management Construction or MEP industry).
-
Strong understanding of MEP / FM trades (HVAC Plumbing Electrical Cleaning etc.).
-
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
English (Hindi/Urdu/Nepali added advantage).

Good with Excel WhatsApp and online tools for tracking and coordination.

Should be proactive target-oriented and able to work independently.
