Hiring IT Support
Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
Salary : 2500-3000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Set up and maintain computer systems networks and other related equipment.
- Install and configure software applications and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Train employees on the use of hardware and software and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments and make recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network and server administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
