- Assess patients nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition.
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into patient care.
- Conduct nutritional research and stay informed on the latest dietary guidelines.
- Participate in community health initiatives to promote nutritional awareness.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Nutrition Dietetics or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- 2-4 years of experience in a clinical or community nutrition setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment tools and software.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
