3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Instagram Google and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs

Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating the hotels social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness and customer engagement over each of the hotels 12 social media channels. Must be able to analyse the long term needs of the properties social media strategy whilst sharing monthly reports to support findings and suggest areas of improvements.
Essential Functions:
Social Media Management: Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for each of our pages. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Pinterest Instagram Tiktok and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels.
Content Creation: Plan and create monthly content calendars. Oversee schedule and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr. Work together with the content creator and graphic designer to create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms. Coordinate and manage internal and external video and photoshoots together with the content creator.
Campaign Management: Develop launch and manage new competitions organic and paid F&B and rooms campaigns through Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads.
Influencer Marketing Together with the Director of Communications form key relationships with influencers and coordinate influencer visits and deliverables with internal teams when required
Community Management: Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Campaign Performance: Monitor track analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta insights. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity. Analyse competitor activity. Recommend improvements to increase performance. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Produce monthly activity reports including monthly KPI and others
Online Presence: Assists in ensuring our websites and 3rd party online platforms are up to date with relevant and accurate information.
