Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial transactions
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Financial Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L balance sheet cash flow)
Assist in budgeting cost control and financial forecasting
Tax Compliance
Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns in accordance with UAE regulations
Bank & Financial Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Payroll & Operational Support
Manage WPS payroll and employee-related financial transactions
Handle petty cash and provide admin and operational finance support
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE preferably in the fit-out/construction sector
Proficiency in ZOHO Books or other accounting software
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables financial modeling data analysis)
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience working with interior fit-out or general contracting companies
Understanding of project-based accounting and costing
