The Coordinator Vendors onboarding is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of training and activating new vendors ensuring a smooth compliant and efficient onboarding experience. The role is key to ensuring each vendor is fully prepared and compliant before going live. This includes:
Vendor Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end process of training and activating new vendors ensuring a smooth compliant and efficient onboarding experience.
- Report the progress of the onboarding cases to the team lead and highlight any concerns in real-time. And coordinate with internal teams to ensure a timely onboarding process.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Deliver comprehensive training to introduce the vendors to Talabats systems processes and quality standards.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience by guiding vendors through each step addressing queries and providing necessary support.
- Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs and established processes throughout the activation journey.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and proper documentation within the onboarding and tracking systems.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and logistics to align onboarding timelines and resolve any blockers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the training and activation process.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously adjust to the improvements in the onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and vendor experience.
- Track personal performance and consistently achieve onboarding goals.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors during the onboarding process to ensure smooth activation and ongoing collaboration.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven experience in vendor onboarding.
- Fluent English and Arabic is mandatory (Spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and team cooperation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with vendor management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
