Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Cook to join our food stall at Miracle Garden. The role requires speed consistency and the ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fresh shawarmas stuffed parathas waffles churros crepes and similar items.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station at all times.
- Manage prep work efficiently to meet daily demand during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shawarma paratha or dessert preparation is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
