This role is crucial in driving revenue growth expanding the customer base and delivering technology-driven solutions aligned with client needs. The Sales Manager will oversee strategic account planning client relationship management and the execution of sales initiatives across multiple verticals including government enterprise and commercial sectors. The role demands strong leadership market insight and a deep understanding of the system integration landscape in the Middle East.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role within IT/technology/system integration.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding multimillion AED sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions system integration and services in the Middle East market.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce MS Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English & Arabic
